\u4e3a\u7b26\u5408\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u4f9b\u53ef\u9000\u8fd8\u7684\u7a0e\u6536\u62b5\u514d\uff0c\u62b5\u514d\u989d\u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e\u5728\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u52a0\u5de5\u67d0\u4e9b\u5173\u952e\u77ff\u7269\u7684\u5408\u683c\u6210\u672c\u7684 10%\u3002\u62b5\u514d\u6700\u957f\u671f\u9650\u4e3a 10 \u5e74\uff0c\u5373 2027 \u5e74 7 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u81f3 2040 \u5e74 6 \u6708 30 \u65e5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CMPTI \u7531 ATO \u548c\u5de5\u4e1a\u3001\u79d1\u5b66\u548c\u8d44\u6e90\u90e8\u8054\u5408\u7ba1\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ato-HydrogenProductionTaxIncentive\">\u6c22\u6c14\u751f\u4ea7\u7a0e\u6536\u4f18\u60e0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>HPTI \u662f\u7b26\u5408\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u6bcf\u516c\u65a4\u7b26\u5408\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u6c22\u6c14\u53ef\u83b7\u5f97 2 \u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u53ef\u9000\u8fd8\u7a0e\u6536\u62b5\u514d\u3002HPTI \u9002\u7528\u4e8e 2027 \u5e74 7 \u6708 1 \u65e5\u81f3 2040 \u5e74 6 \u6708 30 \u65e5\u6536\u5165\u5e74\u5ea6\u5185\u751f\u4ea7\u7684\u7b26\u5408\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u6c22\u6c14\uff0c\u6700\u957f\u671f\u9650\u4e3a 10 \u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HPTI \u7531 ATO
